Yes.
  • Stripe: Customers can pay using a credit or debit card without needing an account.
  • PayPal: Customers can pay with a card even if they do not have a PayPal account.
  • Bank transfer: The customer must manually send payment from their bank.

Absolutely. You can connect Stripe, PayPal and bank transfer at the same time. Your customers will see all available options on the invoice and can choose their preferred payment method.

If a payment fails, Stripe or PayPal will notify the payer directly according to their own policies. The invoice will remain marked as unpaid in your dashboard. Payment status is not changed automatically — you should verify the transaction in your Stripe, PayPal or bank account and update the invoice status manually if needed.

If the payment was made via Stripe or PayPal, you need to process the refund directly from your Stripe or PayPal account. Refund times and any applicable fees depend on the payment provider’s policies. For bank transfers, refunds must be sent manually from your bank account to your customer’s bank account. After issuing a refund, remember to update the invoice status in your dashboard to reflect the correct payment status.
